The fundamental nature of reality at The WILLOW DINING ROOM is to particularly design and advocate wine as an avenue to mindfully enjoying life with our food. Our wine list has been keenly selected to blend in the style and passion with our famous and very own Tapas.
We have select collection from different regions of Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Portugal, and Germany.
The enjoyment of wine, nearly always accompanied by food, ambiance and conversation, offers a simple yet sophisticated and wonderful having-an-atmosphere-of-strangeness way of dining.
We keep our collection to a small extent to simply focus on food matching that will highlight and make stand out our food dining experience at its best.

Redbank Emily Chardonay Pinot Noir Brut Cuvee King Valley, VIC

Delicate fruit driven bubbles with a persistent bead in the glass. A long creamy palate and subtle toast and yeast flavours. Emily truly over delivers at the price point offering much more finesse than many of its peers. Very good bottle for a good start. And… its Not too dry.
 
 

Balverde Prosecco King Valley, VIC

Pale straw with green hues and a persistent fine bead. Aroma of Beautiful soft spring blossom. Lively fresh pear with a creamy mousse and zesty crisp finish. Pairing: Marinated Kalamata Olives, Chorizo and fetta
 
 

Louis Bouillot Grand Reserve Burgundy, France

Pale yellow colour with green tints. Here Pinot noir and Chardonnay show their very best. A complex nose with aroma of peach and then nuances of flower. Lively, fresh attack with good harmony between red fruits and citrus. The finish is a lovely and well-balanced. Pairing: Pear Radish and Fetta Salad

Willow Rose, South East Australia

Crisp dry classic Character of strawberries, raspberry and cream, while the palate remains savory with a mouth wateringly and dry finish. Pairing: Marinated Spanish and Kalamata Olives, Pear Salad
 
 

Conde Valdemar Rosé Rioja Spain

Evocative with a light salmon rose colour. Fruity tones from Garnacha, the red berry and raspberry, are combined with the floral notes of the Viura, with strong aromas of roses bestowing a delicate and subtle character that makes the Rosé stand out in palate for its elegance and cherry notes in its long finish. Pairing: Seafoods in general.

A classic dry style of Riesling with sensuous lime, lemon and floral aromas. The provocative citrus flavours on the palate balance nicely with the embracing acidity, finished with good length of flavours. Pairing: Crumbed Whiting, Salmon Pesto Crust

Pascual-Banghal Sauvignon Blanc Marborough, NZ

Soft golden colour with light green hues. A brilliant clarity, zesty and aromatic with lively fruit characters and assertive passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours with abundant bouquet that is crisp, elegant and refreshing. Pairing: seafood Cioppino Hotpot, Salmon Pesto Crust.

Skipjack Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, NZ

Pale straw in colour with lifted bouquet of ripe pear. With nettle and tropical fruit flavour, ripe citrus, and hint of apple dominate the palate. A medium dry finish with some residual sugar present combined with stylish flint finish. Pairing: Pear radish Salad, Cheese Platter

Balthasar Ress Hattenheimer Schutzenhaus Riesling, Rhine Germany

Light and fruit driven with a touch of natural sweetness. A racy and crisp Riesling Kabinett. It is a veritable little “fruit bomb.” Aromas of Pineapple, kiwi, and ripe apricot run throughout the wine, rounded off by perceptible but thoroughly ripe acidity. Pairing: Jerk Chicken, Chicken Skewers, Crispy Pork Belly

Elizabeth Prataviera wine Makers. A blend of Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng. A touch of honey and ripe white-peach flavours. William Fevre Domaine Chablis France

Combining lovely fruitiness with an attractive freshness and characteristic minerality. Very elegant bouquet, developing citrus, white-fleshed fruit and floral notes. Fresh and supple. Ballandean White Liquor, NSW

Bandivas Pinot Noir, Limestone Coast SA

Wine leaps out of the glass with beautiful aromatic red fruits, followed by floral and spice notes, long and inviting with integrated fruit and oak tannins supporting vibrant fruit flavours and earthy spice tones with acidity that balanced the palate. Pairing: Lamb Kofta, Braised Pork Belly

Catena Alamos Malbec Andes Mendoza, Argentina

Argentinian Organic Wine. A dark violet colour with deep blue/black tones. Offers ripe, concentrated dark fruit aromas with delicate floral and traces of vanilla and mocha that makes big, bold vibrant taste. The finish presents soft, supple tannins with bright, crisp acidity. Pairing: Seared Beef, Jerk Chicken, Braised Beef Cheeks

IANNA Merlot, Coonnawarra, SA

Mamala Cadot Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonnawarra, SA

A Mint, Eucalyptus and dark fruit aromas are evident on the nose, with palate of plums and hint of fruitcake complexity give great length and backbone. Pairing: Chicken Skewers, Seared Beef Fillet, Jerk Chicken.

Matsu Picaro Tempranillo 2014 Toro, Spain

This wine has a great robe and profound colour. Intense aroma of dark fruits and mineral notes creating With fresh and complexity. Domaine du VieuChateuneuf du Pape Rhone, France

Really strong for the vintage, wealth of black rasberries, herbs and kirsh, paired with silky smooth textures and a fresh, sweet, peppery finish. Produced from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. Pairing: 6 hours slow cooked Leg of Lamb, Braised Beef Cheeks

Vina Ventisquero Queulat Carmenere Donihue, Chile

The bouquet is intense and attractive with upfront ripe black Fruit aromas such as blueberries and blackberries as well as spicy, earthly notes that blend harmoniously with of chocolate, coffee and tabacco. Delicious structure, great body, smooth, velvety tannins which contribute great volume in finish. Pairing: Seared Beef, Lamb Kofta

A rich and vibrant centered around powerfully ripe blackberry, fried currant and mocha aromas a punch of tobacco and strong with black pepper aroma.
