Willow Dining is a relaxed, no rules restaurant that focuses on great food experience. A mix of fine-casual (with kitschy cuteness) modern dining, paired with homemade crafty cocktails, signature wines and a very relaxed, (cool) rustic vibe into one enchanting, unforgettable congregation of stories, laughter and extraordinary meals.
A microcosm of international cuisines, exceptionally beautiful and indulging. A feast of Mediterranean, European, Modern Australian, and Spanish culinary and a fusion of Asian favourites in TAPAS Style. A chromatic, jazzy punch full of flavours. A heavenly bang!
OUR STORY
Willow Dining is the brainchild of both the Chef’s love for cooking and his fascination for the Arts. This was reinforced in his first profession as an Architect, studied Culinary Arts in Europe and travelled and worked in the big part of the world as Chef thereafter. The experience made him embrace his passions for Culinary and Design.
While traveling the world, it dawned on him that he could actually incorporate both his passions for cooking and building and design! It took a while to come up with the entire concept but after a few bumps and little successes, the marriage of his two loves has since been his own place – The Willow Dining.
The name Willow was inspired by fascination over Willow trees. Finds the tree mystical and enchanting. Underneath the tree is a good place to relax and to enjoy a much needed peace and quiet. It is also a symbol of strength and balance which represents two of Willow Dining core values. Now, after some years in the industry, Willow remains strong and relentlessly pushing forward to providing its patrons the best gastronomic experience in town and genuine service that is truly unforgettable.
