People expressing delight, satisfaction, happiness and gratitude towards my cooking pays for all my hard work. It’s not just about food, it is the whole process from preparation to presentation up to the very last detail, I want to be able to deliver, not just any ordinary meal but A DELICIOUS MASTERPIECE.
